Implementation Manager

Industry leader in mobile banking technology seeks passionate innovators to help change the world. Must love challenging projects, creative solutions, and dogs/kittens in the office. Sound like you?

We're a small but rapidly growing high tech software company located in Berkeley, California with over 26 years of industry experience. We were the first company to create a downloadable mobile banking application and the second to create a mobile banking application for tablets. Now we're working on a next-generation software project that's so exciting we can't even talk about it yet. Our software is in use by over 300 community banks and credit unions, helping them to reach millions of members and shape communities across the country.

Culture is important to us. We work hard but smart. We believe you deserve a life outside of work, even if that life sometimes includes watching the sun set over the San Francisco Bay in the company sail boat. Our team members enjoy a supportive yet fast paced and challenging environment. We encourage you to step out of the box and explore new ideas and ways of thinking. We're not looking for tech people. We're looking for leaders and game changers. People whose passion drives them and whose curiosity knows no bounds. Come work for a company where every voice is heard, every idea encouraged, and every suggestion for lunchtime tacos gladly accepted.

The Position:

Implementation Manager. An implementation manager takes over after the mobile banking contract is signed and manages everything through to product launch.

Responsibilities include:

  • In depth understanding of our mobile banking product.
  • Training banks and credit unions on mobile technology.
  • Helping customize and setup the mobile banking solution.
  • Help to launch new technology to the end users.
  • Tracking project status.
  • Coordinating with developers, network installers and tech support.
  • Solving problems.
  • Meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Most important, keeping our customers happy.

What We're Looking For:

Smart and creative go-getters who love to work independently while still enjoying a supportive and collaborative environment. Your last job isn't important to us. Your degree, while impressive, isn't as exciting as your drive and enthusiasm about technology. (However, any magical or otherwise otherworldly powers would be appreciated although it cannot be considered in the hiring process.)

The Nitty-Gritty:

  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Generous benefits package
  • Paid home internet
  • Opportunities to travel and attend industry events
  • Bi-weekly in house yoga
  • Fresh organic, locally grown fruit
  • An amazing team of insanely talented people who love what they do
