For more than 40 years, EXPLO has brought together bright, curious and interesting young people from around the globe for one-, two-, and three-week summer programs on the campuses of Yale University, Wellesley College, and Wheaton College. Whether you are pursuing a career in education, business, law, the sciences, the arts, or something else entirely, a summer spent as an instructor or student life administrator at EXPLO is a proven stepping stone to your future career.

Student Life:
Compensation: $5,650 + Room and Board.
At least 4 years of college experience by the summer.
Note: Student Life applicants should have residential life experience.
Residence Director, Day Director
EXPLO is a welcoming and immersive community at every level, and student life is at the heart of the community building that we do. Whether working out a conflict between two roommates in a living group or encouraging students commuting from home to stay late and participate in evening activities, residence and day directors provide the necessary support students need to have the ultimate summer experience. Additionally, RDs/DDs supervise our student life staff and facilitate communication with student families. This position is ideal for candidates who have residential life experience.
