Gig-Based Video Content Editor
GIG-BASED VIDEO CONTENT EDITOR
Superfine! Art Fair is seeking a technically proficient Video Editor to work with our Creative Director to produce promotional video snippets to be disseminated via social media. Ideal candidates possess technical proficiency, have a business-oriented mindset, and can work within tight deadlines and fast turn-around times. This is a gig-based position paid at an hourly rate. College students with video editing experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Editing raw video footage into video clips for social media targeting specific audiences
- Communicating with Creative Director to determine video needs and specifications
- Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from Creative Director
- Keen eye towards storytelling and consistency of brand voice and visual style
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator; Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to receive feedback and implement edits
- Excellent time-management skills
- Business-oriented mindset
