Customer Support Part-time

Littlstar is seeking a responsible and friendly Customer Support Part-time to join the customer support team.
We would like to fill this part-time position immediately.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm and patient when customers are frustrated and have experience working on customer service software Zendesk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

-Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Zendesk platform only. 
-Know Littlstar products inside and out so that you can answer questions. 
-Check our customers’ account status, activating/deactivating their accounts if required. 
-Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. 
-Provide feedback to increase efficiency of the customer service process. 
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

WHO YOU ARE

-Bachelor degree or higher 
-Ability to stay calm and patient when customers are stressed or upset 
-Excellent written skills and analytical mindset 
-Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office 
-Owns a PS4 or is a video gamer 
-Experience working as customer support with ticketing 
-Email handling using Zendesk (PREFERRED) 
-Analytical and technical background (PREFERRED)
