Your time here will look something like this...
Robust 1-week training program to include technical and soft skills training • Three; 3 week rotations to provide exposure to multiple lines of business (listed below). Will also include a group project which will provide opportunity for additional learning, Executive Speaker Series; lunch and learns; and cross business networking events. There will be formal evaluations at the end of each rotation. - Corporate and Investment Banking: Our Corporate and Investment Banking division provides comprehensive relationship coverage (sector and country) to ensure the best possible service and responsiveness to clients. * Corporate Banking: provides relationship coverage, credit expertise and tailored financing solutions, including loans, investment grade debt, cash management, foreign exchange, trade finance, and derivatives to corporate, financial service and public sector clients. * Investment Banking: provides sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients. - Private Bank Citi’s Private Bank is dedicated to serving worldly and wealthy individuals and families with a customized private banking service that crosses borders. We help clients build, manage and preserve their wealth and legacies for future generations. - Capital Markets Origination structures and underwrites transactions for our clients to allow them to fund acquisitions, growth, recapitalizations, and refinancings in the debt and equity markets. - Markets & Securities Services: Markets interacts with both investor and issuer clients. We buy, sell, and structure across equities, commodities, credit, futures and FX. - Treasury and Trade Solutions provides an integrated mix of cash management and trade services & finance solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations.

Citi's Sophomore Leadership Program was developed to provide exceptional sophomore students with a ten-week summer internship in New York City. The program will offer interns training; mentorship and exposure to different Institutional Clients Group (ICG) businesses during the internship.

We want to hear from you if...
You will be a Sophomore in Fall 2020. You are currently enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution. Open to all disciplines and majors 3.3 GPA or above • All candidates are selected based on their academic achievements; extracurricular activities; campus leadership; and interest in the financial services industry.
