JOB DESCRIPTION

Starting this fall, we are looking for an intern to assist with creative and marketing for our upcoming album releases and campaigns.

As we are a small team, our interns are placed right in the middle of an organization doing interesting, challenging and creative work. We are a group of professionals who have years of music experience in various specialty fields and who are keen to share our knowledge and guide young people who are interested in learning and working in the field. We put great value on work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability on getting things done - whatever the job may be. We also try to build our internships based on the skills and educational/professional interests of the applicants themselves. We find this approach to be more worthwhile for our interns, who will have an opportunity to learn the way we maintain and build relationships with our audiences through research, data and an art-centered approach.

Under close supervision, interns will be tasked with doing a variety of research (archival, press and media, production, etc), helping with social media, creating digital and physical assets and assisting with the creation of/upkeep/and brainstorming around broader marketing plans. You will be immersed in, and become an integral piece of, the whole process of the exciting projects we have ahead of us. (We never ask interns to run for coffee or make copies.)

As we make much of our promotional materials in-house (ranging from merch to promotional videos) we always welcome young artists, aspiring filmmakers or editors and creative writers.
