Experienced Administrative Specialist - Evercore Wealth Management (Minneapolis)

What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an experienced Administrative Specialist for its Wealth Management Team located in Minneapolis, MN. 

Primary Responsibilities: The Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting a team of wealth managers in the Minneapolis office. This position is responsible for receiving clients, coordinating meeting scheduling, food service, receiving packages/mail, phone coverage for the office, maintaining the contact management system, general correspondence, coordinating events, and efficiently processing periodic mailings via mail or email. The position is also responsible for printing and binding presentation materials, office supply management, vendor coordination, file maintenance, and expense reports. There will be special projects, as needs arise. 

Specific Qualifications: The Administrative Specialist will have a commitment and passion to achieve a high level of client service, a high attention to detail, and problem solving and basic math skills. They will be able to work independently as well as work with others as part of a high performing team. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the effective use of technology.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferably two or more years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to learn and effectively use chosen software and mainframe systems - SEI, APX, Exact Target, CSS
