Theater Dept - Photographer/Videographer/Editor

Please note that although work-study status is considered for this position, it is not required. Everyone is welcome to apply despite their work-study status.


Position Summary:
The Theater Department is seeking student employees to assist in documenting our department productions, classes, events and other activities
 
 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • performance videography and/or photography, under the supervision of production manager for theater and specific production directors/designer
  • event photography as requested, for departmental program use
  • editing of shots/footage, as requested by faculty members involved in the project
  • uploading files to secure media equipment for permanent archive 
 
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to use DSLR camera equipment
  • Knowledge of photo editing software such as Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Proficiency in Google Drive 
  • Experience with filming & photographing live events/performances preferred
 
Schedule & Availability:
Exact times and dates are to be determined, but evenings and weekends will be required (for rehearsal and performance shooting).
